flywi.us lets pilots track the Fly Wisconsin Airport Passport airports they have visited and view that progress as a map layer in apps like ForeFlight and Garmin Pilot. We collect only what we need to do that, and we do not sell your data or show ads.
Only to run the service: signing you in, saving your stamps, and building your personal map layer. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or share it with anyone except as described below.
Your ForeFlight content pack and KMZ downloads use a private, hard-to-guess link so your EFB can download them without signing in. Anyone you give that link to can see which airports you have stamped. Don't post it publicly.
If you use Share my progress, anyone with that link can see a map of which passport airports you have stamped and your total count. The shared page does not show your name, email, or stamp dates. Deleting your account disables the link.
Our public status page shows site-wide totals: number of pilots, stamps logged, page views, and the most-stamped airports. It never shows emails or which pilot stamped which airport.
We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Your data is stored on our server in the United States, with nightly backups that are kept for 7 days. We keep your data until you delete your account.
Use Delete account on your passport page to permanently delete your account and stamps right away. They are gone from backups within 7 days. You can also email us to ask for deletion or a copy of your data.
This service is for pilots and is not directed to children under 13.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date.
